Join the CTVTA

Members will be assigned to one of the following categories which may be obtained through formal application with the payment of annual dues. Membership renewals will be conducted annually beginning January 1st.

Annual dues are as follows:

Credentialed Veterinary Technicians: The first year fee is $50.00. Annual renewal fees will be $35/year. Renewal for Credentialed Veterinary Technicians will require the successful completion of 12 hours of CE credit.  Please click here for the requirements.

 Associate Member: The fee is $30 per year.  Please click here for more information. 

Associate Membership Form

Student Member: For full time students of an AVMA accredited veterinary program, membership fees are waived. A valid student ID and/or transcript indicating full time status is required to join.  Please click here for more information.

Student Membership Form

The membership year of the CTVTA shall be January 1st through December 31st.

Only Credentialed Members in good standing (i.e., dues of current year paid, and completion of 12 hours CE) may vote for officers or in other affairs of the CTVTA.

The Executive Board Credentialing Committee of the CTVTA will act as the credentialing body. All certification matters will be forwarded to the credentialing committee for review and approval.
